OUR RETURN

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. We'll do everything we can to process your return quickly.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on merchandise that is unwashed, unworn, and unused within 14 days of you receiving your order.

  • Condition: All original tags must still be attached to the garment(s).
  • Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return after it arrives at our facility.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please note, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • Approval: We reserve the final approval on all returns.

FINAL SALE POLICY

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • Any merchandise discounted by 50% or more from its original price.
  • All promotional items explicitly identified as "Final Sale".

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Ready to start a return? Simply use our interactive online portal to begin the process and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Follow these steps:

  1. Start Your Return: Enter your Order ID or Tracking Number in the portal to begin.
  2. Print Your Label: You will receive an email with your prepaid return label and all necessary information.
  3. Prepare Your Package: We recommend using the original shipping box. Be sure to include the original packing slip, securely attach the return label to the outside of the package together with the red priority sticker provided. This will allow us to prioritize the management of your parcel.
  4. Ship It:
  • From Italy: Drop off your package at the nearest GLS location.
  • From all other countries: Drop off your package at the nearest FedEx location.
  • You can find links to the courier websites to locate your nearest drop-off point in the "return" section of your account on our website.

Please note: If you do not follow this return process, we are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

RETURN FEES

  • Refunds:

For all the returns coming back from a EU country a €10.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover return shipping.

For all the return coming back from a non-EU country a €15.00 fee will be deducted from your refund total to cover return shipping.

Exception: This fee will be waived if you are returning an item because we made an error (e.g., sent the wrong item or a defective product). In such cases, any original expedited shipping charges will also be refunded.
